Absolutely! All of the cleaners using our platform are legally registered businesses in Portugal. You can also choose the invoicing frequency: after each cleaning appointment, or each month.
Unless you specifically request a change of the cleaning person, we always try to assign the same cleaner to all of your appointments. In some rare cases, we may need to assign a new person to your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as a sickness or an accident.
You can choose whether the cleaning equipment and materials, including a mop, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning solvents are provided by the cleaner or by you. In general, we recommend that cleaning equipment and materials are provided by you – we assume that you already picked the ones working best at your office over time.
